摘要
兼职教师在德国职业教育中发挥着重要作用,是德国职业院校师资队伍的重要组成部分。德国的兼职教师不仅学历高,实践经验也非常丰富,而且还懂得教育科学。另外,德国对于兼职教师的任职资格和选聘都非常的严格,保证了兼职教师的质量。由于德国兼职教师大多来源于企业,不但有利于将最新的技术引进教学,还加强了校企合作,有利于选拔优秀毕业生进企业。作者在此基础上归纳了中国现阶段兼职教师队伍建设出现的问题,提出了德国的师资建设经验对我们的启示。
The paper starts from analyzing the formation of part-time teachers of vocational education in Germany, and then points out the problems of vocational education teaching force in our country and come up with the inspiration as well as the lucrative measures based on the advanced experience from Germany in terms of the domestically current status.
