摘要 研制出一种新型超低温冷冻医疗系统,利用预冷后的氮气在冷刀头的J-T效应产生所需低温。经实验,并考虑经济性因素等,确定氮气输入压力为8.5MPa,氮气预冷温度为-125℃。20℃纯水中的性能实验表明,10分钟内可形成最大直径约4cm、长度为5.8cm的冰球,优于相同规格的氩氦冷刀;在猪肝中,前10分钟可形成直径3.7cm的冰球,冰球生长速度较快;猪活体实验中,4天后冷冻区肝细胞完全死亡,15天后,交界处形成结缔组织增生带。 A new type of ultra-cryoablation system was developed to obtain the needed low-temperature on the tip ofa cryoprobe by J-T effect using pre-cooling Nitrogen. The input-pressure and the pre-cooling temperature of nitrogen were determined to be 8.5MPa and -125℃, respectively, by the experiment and in consideration of the economic factor. The performance test shows that the cryoprobe could generate the ice ball with a diameter of up to 4cm and the length of 5.8cm in 20℃ water for ten minutes, better than an argonhelium cryoprobe. The ice ball with a diameter of 3.7cm were generated in a pig liver in the first ten minutes and it grew fast. In the experiment on a living pig, the liver cell in the frozen section was completely dead after four days and the connective tissue occurred at the edge of the frozen section after fifteen days.
