摘要
通过激光粒度分析、休止角测定、胶砂强度实验等方法,从助磨和增强的角度,比较三乙醇胺(TEA)与P剂(与TEA同系的一种醇胺类小极性分子)对普通硅酸盐水泥粉体特性及水泥浆体物理化学性能的影响.结果表明:P剂完全可以取代TEA制得复合多功能助磨剂.用P剂复合的助磨剂对水泥具有良好的助磨和增强作用,水泥3和28d强度均提高10%左右,并且有效提高15%~20%的磨机产量.
By using aid grinding and enhancing strength of the pastes, a chloride-free and alkali-free material was prepared. The effects of triethanol amine (TEA) on powder properties, physical and chemical performances of ordinary cement pastes were compared with that of triisopropanol amine (P). The material was also systematically examined by various physical and chemical analysis methods, such as laser particle size distribution analysis, the strength of cement test and so forth. The results showed that the P could replace TEA. It increased the 3 d and 28 d strength of cement mortar because of the enhancing strength of the pastes of the improved particle size distribution. The mill production was increased from 15% to 20%.
