摘要
如何在现有基础上,利用江苏省的经济资源、文化资源、体育资源,使江苏省篮球后备人才业余训练体制进一步科学化、先进化,探索一种适合未来可持续发展的新型"体教结合"的模式,为省队、国家队、国内外高水平的俱乐部队输送现代型人才是我们的研究目标。逐步建立起"小学—中学—大学"(体教结合)一条龙的训练体制和培养制度是发展趋势。
How to utilize economic resource , culture resources , sports resource of Jiangsu Province on the existing foundation, make the reserve talentrs spare time of Jiangsu Province basketball train the further scientific process of system , advanced person, explore that one is suitable for new-type mode that ＂sports school and school combine＂ of sustainable development in the future, for the province team, national team, the high-level club team sends modern talents it is our goal in research both at home and abroad. Set up ＂the primary school - the middle school -- the university＂ progressively （sports school and school combine ） the streamlined training system and train the system to be the development trend.
