摘要
采用等离子体发射光谱法测定了安徽、新疆、黑龙江省阿城、加格达奇等四个不同产地的甘草中的20种微量元素。各元素的平均回收率为93.4~106.8%,相对标准偏差为0.18~6.4%,方法准确可靠。实验结果表明,四地甘草中Sr含量均较高:K、Ca、Na、Al、Fe、Cu、Ba、Sr、P、Ni、Mn、Ge等12种元素的含量差别较大。
The contents of twenty elements in Glycyrrhiza specimens from four differ- ent sources:.Anhui, Xiajiang, Heilong jiang Acheng, Jiagedaqi were analyzed by the ICP-AES.method. Average recoveries: 93.4- 106.8%, Relative standard deviation: 0.18-6.4%.The method used was found to be accurate and reliable. The results showed that the contents of Sr were high and there are large quantitative differences of Ca Fe Cu Mn Ge etc,twelve elements in Glycyrrhiza from four sources.
