表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯防治2型糖尿病的分子机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯是一种多酚类单体化合物,诸多研究表明其具有类胰岛素作用,能够改善胰岛素敏感性,抑制糖异生,从而发挥调节血糖的功效,且其强的抗氧化活性对2型糖尿病及其并发症也有预防保护作用。本文综述了有关表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯防治2型糖尿病的分子机制研究进展。
