摘要
简要介绍了俄罗斯制造双金属异径转接管的两种焊接方法。举例说明了俄罗斯学者研究的不锈钢-钛合金转接管的结构及其真空扩散焊接工艺过程。通过大量的焊接试验与研究,制订了成熟的不锈钢与钛合金转接管扩散焊接工艺和相关的技术文件,扩大了真空扩散焊在异种金属连接中的应用。
This article briefly introduced two kind of welding methods of Russian bimetal different diameter transfer tube,and from example introduced structure of stainless-titanium alloy transfer tube and welding process of vacuum diffusion.Through lots of welding tests and research,mature diffusion welding techniques and corresponding technology documents of stainless-titanium alloy transfer tube were established,and expanded application of vacuum diffusion welding in dissimilar metals.
