摘要
为了了解外掺MgO膨胀剂与水泥内含的MgO组分在大体积混凝土中的膨胀效应,分析了MgO膨胀剂与内含MgO水泥的烧成条件、质量稳定性、质量和掺量控制标准,以及实际工程的应用效果。结果表明:使用外掺MgO膨胀剂方式,比采用高含MgO水泥生产的MgO混凝土,膨胀效果好,且更能发挥MgO混凝土技术的优越性。
In order to find out the expansive effect of MgO both embedded component in cement and as expanding agent in mass concrete, this paper analyses the calcine condition, quality stability, quality and quantity control standards of the embedded MgO component in cement and the MgO expanding agent, and applied effect of real engineerings.The result shows that the expanding effect of concrete which is added with MgO ex- panding agent is better than the one made of slight high MgO component cement, and more advantages of MgO concrete technology can be taken.
