摘要
针对火炸药废水含苯系物、酚、硝基苯等难降解污染物,同时含有大量的微生物生长抑制物质,传统的物理化学处理方法存在工艺流程复杂、处理费用高等缺点的问题,依据火炸药废水自身的特点和成分,阐述了其生物降解的可能性和降解特性,从优势菌对火炸药废水的的降解、处理新工艺、生物降解机制、微观领域及反应动力学模式4个方面综述了近年来生物法处理火炸药废水的实践与研究经验以及应用的前沿动态,指出进一步开展特效菌株的选育研究,构建降解火炸药废水的新型微生物菌种,加强火炸药废水生物处理新工艺和生物强化技术以及火炸药废水的生物降解机理、生物降解动力学研究将成为该类废水今后的研究方向,为火炸药废水的生物降解研究提供了一定的参考依据。
Aiming at the problems (contains benzene, phenol, nitrobenzene and other difficulty pollutants, also contains a lot of microbial growth inhibition material, complex and expensive of the traditional methods of physical and chemical treatment processes, etc) of propellant and explosive wastewater, the biodegradable possibility and speciality were expounded based on characteristics and compositions of propellant and explosive wastewater, the practice and research experience and the applied developments in recent years were reviewed from the four aspects of advantage bacterium biodegradation, new technics of treatment, biodegradation mechanism, microcosmic and reaction kinetic models, pointed out that the four aspects of what will be the direction of such wastewater:breeding research of special strains, to build new microbial strains, biological treatment processes,bioaugmentation, biodegradation mechanism and biodegradation kinetics,and it provided certain reference for the research of biodegradation of propellant and explosive wastewater.
