摘要
目的通过普外科实施不安全因素讨论制度,及时发现护理中的问题,有效处理护理风险,降低护理风险,提高护理管理效率。方法通过3年来在本院普外科实施不安全因素讨论制度,回顾性分析其实施过程中的价值。结果通过3年的实施,普外科护理差错发生率及护理投诉明显下降,病人满意度由93%提高到99%。结论普外科不安全因素讨论制度降低了护理差错发生率及护理投诉,取得了显著的成效,值得进一步推广。
Objective： Through the implementation of general surgery to discuss insecurity in the system, timely detection of problems in nursing, to deal effectively with care and risk, reduce the risk of care, improve care and management efficiency. Methods： Through three years of general surgery in our hospital to discuss the implementation of insecurity in the system, retrospective analysis of the value of the process of its implementation. Results： Through three years of implementation, general surgery and nursing care and the incidence of errors decreased significantly complaints, patient satisfaction from 93% to 99%. Conclusion： General surgery insecurity addressed the system reduces the incidence of errors and nursing care complaints, has achieved remarkable resuhs, it is worth further.
