摘要
大型工厂的电弧炉、碳化硅炉,运行时会产生大量无功功率及高次谐波,而无功及谐波电流通过工厂供电系统进入国家电网,严重威胁着用电安全,并消耗大量电能。为净化电网和节能减排,我们采用高压TCR型SVC动态无功功率补偿及滤波等技术,对无功功率及高次谐波实施治理,其技术效果和经济效益显著,保证了电网安全、提高了电网运载能力及质量,降低了电能损耗。实践验证无功功率补偿及消除高次谐波技术是可行的和有效的。
The running of arc furnace and silicon carbide furnace will produce bulk reactive power and high-order harmonic.Reactive current and harmonic current join in power grid through distribution network of the factories,which seriously threat the safety of electricity and consume a large amount of pow-er.For cleansing electricity net and energy saving and emission reduction,we manage reactive power and high-order harmonic using TCR type SVC high-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation and filter device.This application ensures the grid security,raises the power quality and increases current carrying capacity,which achieves evident economical returns.Practice proofs that the technology of reactive com-pensation and harmonic elimination device is feasible and effective.
