摘要
针对我国鸡蛋品质人工检测存在劳动量大、检测效率低、准确性差等问题,采用圆弧式滚筒设计实现鸡蛋品质动态检测机构。该机构提高了鸡蛋品质检测的效率和准确率。通过分析得出,在鸡蛋旋转一周内,随连续采集鸡蛋图像数的增加,影响鸡蛋转角误差的因数呈减少趋势,并在确定机构主要参数的基础上,指出了机构与机器视觉系统的最佳匹配速度。
To solve the problems of large amount of labor,inspection of low efficiency and poor ac-curacy in current eggs quality inspection in China,a kind of dynamic inspection mechanism with arc rollers construction for eggs quality was developed.It mechanism has high inspection efficiency and accu-racy.Through analysis,the effect of factors on the eggs rotation angle error was reduced as eggs images were acquired during a rotating circle.On the basis of defination its important parameters,the best match rate of mechanism between the machine vision inspecting system was put forward.
