摘要
[目的]为大运河水质污染监测提供资料。[方法]以清洁水体中3种抗药酶活力做对照,研究了京杭大运河徐州段4个水域不同污染程度的水质对水体中常见的软体动物耳萝卜螺(Radix auricularia)3种抗药酶活力的影响,观察其在4个不同污染程度的水域中的酶活力变化情况。[结果]在30 d的暴露中,与对照相比,谷胱甘肽-S转移酶(GST)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性被抑制,且酶活性随污染程度的加重,抑制程度加大,其结果与水化学监测结果一致。胆碱脂酶(CHE)活性变化则比较复杂,呈现低激活高抑制现象。[结论]耳萝卜螺体内CHE、GST和GPx活性是指示污染的敏感指标。
[ Objective ] The reference for the supervision of the water quality in the Grand Canal was provided. [ Method ] The activity of the poison-resisting of three enzymes being taken as the control, the effect of the water quality with different pollutions in 4 locations of the Grand Canal in Xuzhou region on the activity of the cholinesterase(CHE) , glutathione S-transferase(GST) and glntathione-peroxidase(GPx) in the innards of Radix auricularia was researched. [ Results ] The resuhs indicate that after 30 days' exposure, the activity of GST and GPx was inhibited compared with the CK, and the more serious the population was, the heavier the activity of them was inhibited. The result was accordant with the data of water ehemical assessment. The change of CHE activity was complex, which was aetivated in the plot of low pollutant and inhibited in the plot of high pollution. [ Conclusion] The activity of GPx, GST and CHE of Radix auricularia was the sensitive indicator in the supervision of pollutants.
