摘要
超细粉末的结构与形貌与其制备方法密切相关。分析、比较了羰基镍粉热分解法、浆化氢还原法、电解法、真空蒸馏冷凝法、机械粉碎法、喷雾-热解法和液相还原法制备超细镍粉的优缺点,介绍了超细镍粉在电池材料、磁性材料、硬质合金、催化材料、吸波材料、军用特种材料、多层陶瓷电容器等领域的应用状况,提出了未来高端市场对超细镍粉性能的需求为化学纯度高、粉末粒度分布窄、分散性好、表面特性更优越。
The structure and morphologies of ultrafine particles are closely relative with their preparation methods. The advantages and disadvantages of carbonylnickel pyrolysis, hydrothermal hydrogen redction,electrolysis, vacuum distillation, mechanical milling, spray pyrolysis and liquid reduction for preparaing ultrafine nickel powders are analysized and comparaed. Application of ultrafine nickel pow- ders in battery materials, maganic materials, cemented alloy, catalitic materials, millitary special materail and multi-layer ceramic capacitor is introduced. It is concluded that trend of ultrafine nickel particles is high puroity,narrow particle size distribution,good dispersion and surface properties.
