摘要
根据直吹式MPS型中速磨煤机进、出口物质的能量平衡和质量平衡原理,建立了燃煤水分的软测量模型。实际数据计算和实际煤质工业分析报告数据相比结果表明,计算的水分符合变化规律。同时,将运行中的多台磨煤机计算的水分值进行了数据融合处理,提高了软测量的准确性和可靠性。
One soft-sensing model of coal moisture for utility boiler basing on energy balance and mass balance of the matter in inlet and outlet of direct-firing MPS mill was presented. Coal moisture calculated accord with the variational characteristics of practical coal moisture through the comparison between coal moisture calculated by practical data and coal moisture from coal analysis. At same time, coal moisture calculated by operation parameters of other running mills can be used based on data fusion in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of calculation.
