摘要
德国的"双元制"职业教育具有深厚的文化渊源,具体来说:温和保守的自由观是国家政权干预"双元制"的基础,自由与法治是国家调控"双元制"的基本原则,自由与服从是国家实现依法治教的前提。
The ＂dual-system＂ vocational education in Germany has protound cultural origin. Moderate and conservative free-dom view is the basis of national government intervening in ＂dual-system＂; freedom and law are basic principle of nation adjusting ＂dual-system＂; freedom and obedience are prerequisite for government achieving managing education by law.
