V-P-O催化剂上丙烷氧化制丙烯酸的研究 被引量:12

摘要 用V-P-O催化剂,以氧为氧化剂,进行丙烷部分氧化,主要产物为丙烯酸及乙酸。研究结果表明,钒源对催化剂反应性能的影响很大。在不加助剂时,催化剂的适宜P/V原子比为1.10。在C03/O2/H2O=0.72~1.08/35.37/63.73,反应热点温度为693~713K,停留时间为19.1~25.4s时,丙烯酸的最佳单程收率为15%,选择性为32%,相应的丙烷转化率为46%。还对催化剂中添加金属助剂进行了探索。 V P O catalysts were used to prepare acrylic acid by partial oxidation of propane using gaseous oxygen as an oxidant.It was found that the sources of vanadium compounds used for prepare catalysts affected the characteristics of catalysts crucially.The best P/V atomic ratio of catalysts with no promoter was 1 10.The best yield and selectivity of acrylic acid formed were 15% and 32% respectively with the corresponding propane conversion of 46%,and 8%~9% of acetic acid was obtained simultaneously at the reaction conditions of C 0 3/O 2/H 2O=0 72~1 08/35 37/63 73,reaction hot point temperature of 693~713K and resident time of 19 1~25 4s.In the paper,catalysts promoted by metallic elements were tested.
