多囊卵巢综合征无排卵与卵泡发育异常 被引量:6

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是生育年龄女性最常见的内分泌疾病之一,经典临床表现是月经稀发或闭经和高雄激素血症。多囊卵巢综合征是引起无排卵性不孕、月经紊乱和多毛的主要原因。PCOS的发生与代谢异常有关,与外周胰岛素抵抗和代偿性的高胰岛素血症关系密切。这些代谢异常对于生殖功能和长期的健康有影响。尽管多囊卵巢综合征最常见的临床表现是无排卵和高雄激素血症,但PCOS的诊断范围并不局限于此。
