摘要
目的编制公务员工作倦怠量表。方法在进行文献分析、开放式问卷调查和对个案访谈等工作的基础上,编制问卷,在642名公务员中进行实测,并用探索性因素分析等方法证明理论结构的合理性。结果内部一致性信度在0.5870-0.8795之间;分半信度和再测信度也都超过0.60。量表的3个维度与总分之间的相关均在0.01水平上达到显著性相关。结论公务员工作倦怠量表具有较好的信度和效度,符合测量学标准。
Objective To develop a job burnout scale for civil servants. Methods To develop the scale based upon previous literature, open-ended questionnaire and case interview. A survey of 642 civil servants was taken, exploratory factor analysis and other methods were used to develop and evaluate the structure of the scale. Results The Cronbach a coefficient of factors ranged from 0. 5870 to 0. 8795. Split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were beyond 0. 60. The correlation between the three dimensions of the scale and the total scores were significantly related with reaching at 0.01 level . Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and meets the need of psychometrics.
