摘要
文章分析了新生儿科院内感染的特点及爆发原因。指出新生儿科院内感染难以避免,消除尚需探索,正确的态度是既要高度重视,又要认真研究。特别是院内感染爆发流行时,应采取立即隔离并积极治疗患儿,寻找并控制传染源,切断传播途径,积极留取感染证据等应对措施。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of neonatal nosocomial infection and the cause of the outbreak. Pointed out that the neonatal nosocomial infection is difficult to avoid, eliminate yet to explore, the right attitude is both a high degree of attention, but also careful study. An outbreak of nosocomial infection in particular, should take immediately isolated and active treatment the children, seek and control the source of infectioncut, cut the way of communication, positive specimens from infection evidence etc.
