摘要
分析高校学生党员教育管理现状及其形成的原因,建议在预备党员转正前考核中引进量化考核办法,进行党员的"综合测评",并通过建立党员发挥先锋模范作用的平台以及实现党员信息管理网络化等措施,使党员教育管理不断完善起来。
This paper analyzes the current situations of college student party members＇ education and management and their causes, suggests that we should adopt quantification assessment during the process of evaluating and recruiting the probationary Party members and make ＂Comprehensive Evaluation＂ of the student party members. A systematic evaluation of the education and manage- ment of student party members could finally be realized by offering a platform to exemplify the vanguard and exemplary role of the stu- dent party members in colleges as well as the networked management of party members＇ personnel information.
