广州地区初诊2型糖尿病人群营养素摄入量调查研究 被引量:2

Investigation of Nutrients Intake in First-diagnosed T2DM Patients in Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解广州地区初诊T2DM人群膳食营养素的摄入现状并分析其与T2DM发生的关系。方法在体检人群中选取初诊T2DM病例和对照人群,采用半定量食物消耗频度表(FFQ)进行膳食问卷调查,同时进行TC、TG、HDL、LDL及一般体格检查,分析两组间营养素及生化指标的差异。结果病例组每日能量、脂肪、蛋白质、膳食胆固醇摄入量,血清TG,收缩压和舒张压均高于对照组(P<0.05),膳食纤维每日摄入量则明显低于对照组(P=0.011),碳水化合物每日摄入量、血清TC、HDL-C和LDL-C在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论控制能量摄入,降低脂肪供能比,有利于降低本地区T2DM的发病风险。本地区人群T2DM患病现状及膳食不合理现象严竣,需加强防治。 Objective To investigate the intake status of diet nutrients in population with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in Guangzhou,and explore the relationship between the status and the incidence of T2DM.Methods We chose first-diagnosed and control cases of T2DM,processed the questionnaire investigation using semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire,and measured TC,TG,HDL,LDL and processed general body examination at the same time,and analyzed the differences between the two groups.Results The intakes of daily energy,fat,protein,and diet cholesterin,serum TG,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were higher in case group than that in control group(P0.05),while the intake of diet fiber was lower significantly in case group(P=0.011).The differences between the two groups in the aspects of the intakes of carbohydrate,serum TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were not significant(P0.05).Conclusion The risk of T2DM will decrease by controlling energy intake,depressing the ratio of fatty energy.The dietary pattern is not in reason in this area and the prevalence of T2DM is serious,which need to enhance control.
