摘要
根据熵的性质，把熵权系数与变权综合原理结合起来，建立变权综合评判模型，对水利系统综合经营效益进行评估，为多目标决策提供科学依据。
According to quality of entroph ,the author built varied weight evaluating model, based on the entroph weight coefficient and varied weight principle ,and evaluated the management benefits of hydraulic system that may provide scientific basis for multipurpose decision.
