摘要
油田集输系统水平管道内液相是油水混合物形成的乳状液,随着含水率的提高,乳状液处于水包油(O/W)状态。准确预测高含水期油水乳状液黏度,将为油田中后期的开发,以及油气水混合物在管道中的流动计算提供科学依据。以高含水期油气水混输管道压降计算公式为基础,反推油水乳状液黏度计算公式,得到的公式综合考虑了温度、压力、速率等因素的影响,因而适用于预测高含水期水平管内液相黏度。运用MATLAB软件对计算结果进行最小二乘拟合,得到适合于高含水油水乳状液黏度计算的Vand关联式。
The liquid phase is oil-water Emulsion in horizontal pipeline of gathering and transporting system. The oil-water emulsion is in the O/W state along with improving of water-cut. If the oil-water emulsion viscosity can be forecasted accurately, it will provide science basement for both the mid-and late development of oil field and oil-water flow calculation. The text based on the pressure drop calculation for oil-gas-water with super high water-cut, made oil-water emulsion viscosity derivation, because the formula considering of the influence of temperature, pressure, speed etc., so it can forecast the liquid viscosity during high water-cut oil production precisely. By using the least square method of MATLAB, fitted a vand formula that appropriated to the oil-water emulsion viscosity calculation during high water-cut production period.
