摘要
选取了以分销商为主导的控制模式、以制造商为主导的控制模式和以政府为主导的控制模式等三种典型封闭供应链模式进行分析,分别以苏果超市、蒙牛奶业和香港政府为例,总结了其运行模式的特点和成本控制方法。最后,提出了我国现有农产品供应链封闭化改造所需条件和成本控制的有关建议。
This paper analyzes three typical models, including wholesaler- dominated model, manufacturer - dominated model and government - dominated model. Then it puts forward respectively the operation characteristic and cost control based on the case of Suguo supermarket, Mengniu milk industry and Hongkong government. At last, some suggestions of rebuilding Chinese agricultural product closed supply chain and strengthening its cost control are also presented.
