摘要
园本教研作为当前幼儿园的一种主要教研形式,是一种基于行动的教育研究,这与园本教研本身的内涵和当前注重生态取向的研究理念相契合。结合教师在开展打击乐教学活动中遇到的问题和困惑,我们深入探讨和分析了基于行动的园本教研的开展过程,认为一般要经历问题聚焦阶段、反思性对话阶段和反思性实践阶段三个环节,才能使园本教研在促进幼儿教师实践能力提升和专业化发展中发挥独特的作用。
As the main form of teaching and researching in kindergarten, kindergarten-based research is a kind of research based on action. It corresponds to the concept of kindergarten-based research and the idea of ecological orientation. This article explores the process of kindergarten-based research based on action and thinks this process contains three parts: focusing the problem, reflective communication and reflective practice. These parts play their special roles in improving the kindergarten teachers' practice ability and their professional development surrounding the teaching activities on percussion music.
