摘要 为精确控制焊接发热量,保证铜铝管焊接质量,设计了带有补偿功能的PLC控制系统.焊接前测量电源电压和焊接回路温度,将通过控制系统计算得到的晶闸管导通角传送给触发板,使焊接发热量不受电源电压波动和焊接回路温度变化的影响.并且控制系统具备焊接回路冷却的分段启动功能,即焊接回路温度低于40℃时,采用普通水循环冷却;超过40℃时,启动强制水循环冷却;超过70℃时,再额外启动强制风冷却.用铜铝管进行焊接试验的结果表明,电源电压在(380±57)V波动以及焊接回路温度在20~90℃内变化时,控制系统可使焊接发热量稳定在±5%以内,可保证铜铝管的焊接质量. In order to control precisely the welding heat productivity and ensure the Cu-Al pipe welding quality, a PLC control system with compensation function was developed. The source voltage and welding loop temperature were measured before welding, and the thyristor conduction angle calculated by the control system was transmitted to the trigger circuit board. Thus, the welding heat productivity is not affected by the source voltage and welding loop temperature variation. The control system also possesses the subsection cooling function for welding loop. When the welding loop temperature is lower than 40 ℃, the normal water cooling is used. As the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, the high-pressure water cooling is applied. As soon as the temperature is over 70 ℃, an additional wind cooling works. The Cu-Al pipe welding experimental results show that when the source voltage is in the range of (380 ± 57 ) V and the welding loop temperature varies from 20 ℃ to 90 ℃, the welding heat productivity can be remained within ± 5 %, and the welding quality of Cu-Al pipe is reliable.
