摘要
研制了一种新型的采用超声波传感器测量材料中超声波传播的速度和距离的实验装置。用该实验装置可测量超声波在固体、液体、气体中的传播速度,并可以探测水中物体、水深及工件体内部的缺陷,应用于医学还可以测量人体脏器的厚度、位置等。实验结果表明:一般不确定度小于3.0%。
A new experimental device using uhrasonic sensor is designed to measure the ultrasonic velocity and distance in material. This experimental device can be used to measure the ultrasonic velocity in solid, liquid and gas ,and also detect objects in water,the depth of water and defects in workpiece. It can be used in medical science for measuring the thickness and position of human organs. The experimental results show the uncertainties are less than 3 %.
