用氧化电位酸性水破坏含小牛血清量≤10%的悬液中HBsAg,仅需作用30s;当小牛血清含量≥15%时,作用10min仍未达破坏要求。
When oxidation potential acidic water was used for destroying HBsAg in suspension containing ≤1 0% of calf serum, only 30 s was required When the calf serum content was ≥1 5%, destruction requirement still could not be fulfilled after 10 min contact The neutralizer containing ≤40% of calf serum had no significant influence on the results
