人体不同部位对窄波UVB的敏感性 被引量:8

摘要 窄波UVB治疗银屑病具有较好的疗效和相对少的不良反应,然而在治疗过程中,我们发现患者躯干处正常皮肤常发生红斑反应,而四肢尤其下肢则少有发生。此种现象应与身体不同部位对紫外线的敏感性不同有关。最小红斑量(MED)是判定皮肤对紫外线敏感l生的最有效指标,我们对69例银屑病患者身体不同部位进行了窄波UVB的MED测定。
