摘要
文章以造纸黑液及氢氧化钠为活化剂,采用正交实验法,研究了炭化温度、浸渍比、活化剂浓度、活化时间、活化温度对活性炭性能亚甲基蓝吸附值的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件为成炭温度300℃,活化温度750℃,活化时间4h,NaOH含量10%,料液比1:7,在这条件下制得的活性炭亚甲基蓝脱色力为16mL/0.1g。结果表明,活化温度是影响活性炭性能的主要因素。
The paper studied the effects of carbonization time, impregnation ratio, chemical activator concentration and activation time, activation temperature on the methylene blue adsorption properties of activated carbons by orthogonal experiment with black liquor and sodium hydroxide as the activator. The best experiment results are carbonization temperature 300℃, activation temperature 750 ℃, activation time 4 h, concentration of NaOH 10 %, material-liquid ratio 1 : 7 Ethylene blue discoloring ability of activated carbon reached 16 mL/0.1g. The experimental results show that the most important factor was activation temperature.
