摘要
近年来,中国石油西南油气田公司重庆气矿为加快产能建设步伐,节省投资,采取建设高压采气管线、实现无人值守的建站方式来开发补充开发井,但管线投产初期受井下脏物较多、地形复杂、运行压力高、冬季地温低等因素影响,致使高压采气管线冬季频繁堵塞,影响了气井正常生产。为此,对该气矿高压采气管线投产以来导致管线堵塞的各种因素——地形、脏物或积液、天然气组分及工况、地温、输送压力和温度、保温材料、高压采气管线管径、流速等进行了深入、细致的分析总结,并提出了在井下适当节流、添加抑制剂、用电加热、采取保温措施及参数优化配置等防堵措施,确保了高压采气管线的正常运行。
In recent years,to accelerate production and reduce costs,the Chongqing Gas Field of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company deployed some development wells and constructed some high-pressure flow lines and realized the unmanned stations.However,at the early stage the high-pressure flow lines are often blocked in winter because of downhole pollutants,complicated terrain and high operation pressure and low temperature of the land,etc.This influenced the normal production of a gas well.Therefore,the Chongqing Gas Field performed a further study into various factors which have caused the pipeline clogging such as the terrain,pollutants or effusion,gas components and working conditions,ground temperature,delivery pressure and temperature,insulation materials,diameter of high-pressure flow lines,and flow velocity.Besides,some other anti-clogging countermeasures are proposed,including downhole throttling,adding inhibitor,electric heating,heat insulating measure and optimal allocation of parameters.These measures can improve the high-pressure gas production and ensure the failure-free operation of these lines.
