摘要
我国目前处于地铁建设的高潮期,而地铁工程作为一项大型工程项目,存在着大量的不确定性风险因素。文章通过对地铁工程设计阶段造价风险因素的分析,运用风险管理的基本原理,提出地铁工程设计阶段造价风险的应对措施,并进一步对地铁工程设计阶段的造价风险管理的主要过程进行分析研究。
China is currently in the high-tide period of subway construction. As a large-scale projects, there are a lot of risks in the subway project. By analyzing cost risk factors of the subway project in engineering design phase, and using the main principles of risk management, this paper puts forward cost risks response measures of metros in engineering design phase, and makes a further analysis of the main processes in cost risks management of metros in engineering design phase.
