摘要
目的:探讨桂皮醛对主要致龋菌的抗菌活性。方法:采用琼脂稀法药敏敏感试验,测定桂皮醛对主要致龋菌的最小抑菌浓度(Minimal inhibitive concentration,MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(Minimal bacterecdal concentration,MBC)。结果:桂皮醛能明显抑制分离的50株临床株,其MIC值在(32~256)mg/L之间,微荣球菌(V.parvula)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(139.000±0.026)mg/L;丙酸杆菌(P.propionicum)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(128.000±0.000)mg/L;颊纤毛菌(L.buccalis)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(213.000±0.027)mg/L;变形链球菌(S.mutans)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(213.00±0.021)mg/L;粘性放线菌(A.viscosus)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(148.00±0.021)mg/L。
Objective: To evaluate the antibacterial activity of cinnamicaldehyde against the main periodontal pathogens in vitro.Methods:Agar dilution method for antimicrobial susceptibility testing was used to determine the minimal inhibitive concentration(MIC) of cinnamicaldehyde against the main periodontal pathogen.Results:The growth of 50 bacteria were inhibited completely by cinnamicaldehyde;the MIC of it on V.parvula were(139.000±0.026) mg/L and on P.propionicum were(128.000±0.000) mg/L;the MIC of it on L.buccalis were (213.000± 0.027 ) mg/L, the MIC of S.mutans were(213.000 ± 0.021 ) mg/L,he MIC of A.viscosus were( 148.000 ± 0.021 ) mg/L. Conclusion: Cinnamicaldehyde has significant antibacterial activities on the main periodontal pathogens.
