摘要
简单、有效和稳定是选择环境质量综合评价方法的基本原则。本文提出了环境质量综合评价的多边形面积法。该方法可将评价指标和测定结果按照I级环境质量指标进行无量纲化处理,处理后指标在不同指标轴上形成一个多边形,利用多边形面积表征环境质量。利用多边形面积法评价了河流水质、湖泊富营养化程度和几个城市的大气环境质量,其评价结果与其他方法具有良好的一致性。
The property of environmental quality comprehensive evaluation method with simple, effective and steady is the basic principle of method--selecting. The polygon area method that was used to evaluate environmental comprehensive quality was presented. The measuring result and evaluation standard were treated as a dimensionless value according to the first environmental quality standard, and then dimensionless value on different axis that represents different quality index was linked to form a polygon. The polygon area could be as an environmental quality comprehensive evaluation index. The water quality of several rivers, eutrophication degree of 16 lakes, and air environmental quality of several cities were evaluated by the polygon area method; and the evaluation results had a good identical to other evaluation method.
