摘要
根据模具对材料的要求,从化学镀Ni-P合金镀层的微观结构分析入手,着重对Ni-P镀层的硬度、耐磨性与耐蚀性等进行了研究。通过Ni-P化学镀层与电镀硬铬层的主要性能比较和实际应用试验,,表明化学镀的综合性能优于电镀硬铬层,并可有效地提高模具使用寿命。
In the light of requirments of mould material, by means of the microstructure electroless plating of Ni-P alloy coating, the hardness, wear resistance and corrossion resistance of Ni-P coating are emphatically studied. The comparison of main properties between electoless plating Ni-P coating and chromium coating and actual application show that synthetical properties of electroless plating Ni-P coating are superior to the chromium coating. Also the mould life is effectively prolonged.
