摘要
目的探讨UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪在胸腹水细胞检查中的应用。方法随机取自住院和门诊患者送检胸腹水标本100例在UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪上检测红细胞和白细胞数,与手工法相比较。结果应用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪所测100例胸腹水标本红细胞和白细胞数与手工法比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论应用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测胸腹水细胞数具有一定的可行性。
Objective To investigate the UF-1000i automated urine cell analyzer in ascites inspection applications. Methods The random inspection from the hospital and out-patients in 100 cases of hydrothorax and ascites specimens UF-1000i automated urine sediment analyzer detected a number of red blood cells and leukocytes, compared with the manual method. Results The application of UF-1000i automated urine sediment analyzer measurements were 100 cases of hydrothorax and ascites and the number of red blood cells and interleukin manual method was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of UF-1000i automated urine sediment analyzer hydrothorax and ascites cells have some viability.
