摘要
合作社文化是合作社理论、制度以及运动的核心问题之一。合作社文化影响合作社经济行为,合作社所处的经济社会环境影响合作社文化。本文基于对合作社文化的概念界定,通过阐述深刻变化的合作社组织环境、相对稳定的合作社文化内核与文化印象、痛苦转轨的合作社文化路线与文化实践、揭示了世界合作社文化的现实困境和我国合作社文化的现实图景,进而提出了一些思考。
One of the core issues of cooperatives' theory,institutions and movements is its culture.Cooperatives culture impacts its economic activities and cooperatives' economic and social environment impacts its culture correspondingly.Based on the concept definition of cooperatives culture and through expatiations of the profound changes in the organization environment of cooperative,relatively stable cooperatives culture's kernel and impression,and the suffering conversion of cooperatives culture's routes and practice,this paper reveals the actual embarrassment of cooperatives culture in the world and the actual situation in our country and then advanced some thinking.
