摘要
导致产妇产后出血的原因众多。文中通过对40例因宫缩乏力所致产后出血临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨宫缩乏力所致产后出血发生的原因。认为助产人员应根据产妇不同情况,在心理疏导、产程指导及预想、预测、预治等方面做好预防工作,以降低因宫缩乏力致产后出血的发生。
There are many causes of postpartum hemorrhage in lying-in women.The authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 cases of uterine inertia-induced postpartum hemorrhage,investigated its causes,and proposed that for different cases midwives should take different preventive measures,such as psychological persuasion,childbirth guidance,anticipation,prediction,and pretreatment,so as to reduce the incidence of uterine inertia-induced postpartum hemorrhage.
