摘要
文从安全目标管理体系的建立、实施和评价出发,探讨了民用爆破器材生产企业的安全目标管理。认为实行安全目标管理体系必须确定好安全管理的目标,而且安全管理目标必须优化,才能做到优化管理。
According to the establish, implement and assessment of the system of the safety management by objectives, this paper discusses the safety management by objectives of the enterprise manufacturing industrial explosive material. As a result, we get an opinion that if you want to carry out the system of the safety management by objectives, we must set up the object of the safety management first. And only through optimizing the object of the safety management, can we make the purpose of optimized management.
