摘要
提出一种将模糊层次分析与多目标决策相结合的电能质量综合评估方法。首先应用三角模糊数的模糊层次分析法确定电能质量各指标的主观权重;然后运用多目标决策方法确定各指标的目标类型,进行无量纲处理得到各指标的相对优属度及其矩阵,在此基础上应用离差最大化方法确定各指标的客观权重;最后综合主观权重与客观权重,应用多目标决策的线性加权和法得到各观测点电能质量的优劣排序及等级。仿真结果证明了所提出方法的有效性。
A comprehensive evaluation method of power quality, in which fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and multi-objective decision-making are integrated, is proposed. Firstly, the subjective weights of power quality indices are decided by FAHP using triangular fuzzy numbers; secondly, the object types of these indices are determined by multi-objective decision-making and the non-dimension treatment is adopted to attain the relative superior attribute degree matrix; on this basis, by use of dispersion maximization, the objective weights of these indices are decided; finally, comprehensive weight that synthesizes subjective and objective weights and linear weighted sum of multi-objective decision-making are used to grade the power quality of all observation points and put them in order of power quality. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation results.
