大型9缸柴油机曲轴连杆轴颈的切削加工要在普通卧式车床上完成,必须配备偏心扶架加以辅助支承。根据该曲轴的工艺特点,详细介绍了偏心扶架的具体结构、工作原理以及设计中的创新点。
The turning of high-power 9 cylinders′ diesel engine crank pin with ordinary horizontal lathe,have to need a support with eccentricity. From the technical characteristic of this 9 cylinders′ engine crankshaft,it presents the structure of the support of eccentricity,its work theory and the innovation of design.
