摘要
目的:探讨米索前列醇联合利多卡因宫颈注射在宫腔镜检查中软化、扩张宫颈的效果。方法:选择我院门诊行宫腔镜检查的患者148例,随机分为两组:米索前列醇组于检查前12h阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇片200μg,实验组在此基础上联合利多卡因宫颈注射。观察两组宫腔镜检查术中心脑综合征的发生率、自觉疼痛情况及宫颈软化、扩张情况。结果:两组宫腔镜检查宫颈扩张程度无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组心脑综合征发生率(0.0)明显低于米索前列醇组(7.1%)(P<0.05),镇痛效果优于米索前列醇组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合利多卡因用于宫腔镜术前准备,2种药物有协同互补作用,使药物在不同途径发挥最好效果,达到满意的扩张宫颈和镇痛要求,提高手术的安全性和受术者的可接受性。
Objective： To investigate the effect of combined injection of misoprostol and lidocaine on softening and dilating cervix during hysteroscopy. Methods： Selected 148 cases with hysteroscope examination and randomly divided into two groups ： misoprostol group and experimental group. In misoprostol group, 200 μg of misprostol was laid in the vaginal fornix 12h earlier before examination, while in experimental group lidocain was injected into cervix combined with misprostol. Observed the occurrence of cardio-cerebral syndrome, the condition of spontaneous pain and the softening and expansion situation of the cervix during hysteroscope examination in both groups. Results： There was no signiticant difference of cervix expansion between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. The occurrence of eardio-eerebral syndrome in experimental group （0.0） was significantly lower than misoprostol group （7.1% ） （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the experimental group showed more satisfactory analgesia effect （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Misoprostol and lidoeaine can synergize each other. And combination of misoprostol and lidocain in preparation tor hysteroseopy has satisfactory effect on cervix dilation and sedation. It can boost operation security and is more persuasive.
