摘要
设计了一种红外再生柴油机微粒捕集器系统(Diesel Particulate Filter,DPF),采用双过滤单元捕集排气微粒。以6110A柴油机为试验用机,进行捕集器红外再生特性的试验研究。结果表明:影响红外再生性能的主要因素有微粒累积量、预热时间、红外加热器加热功率及再生用废气量等。微粒累积量和再生用废气量主要影响再生过程中过DPF内部的最高温度与平均温度,预热时间和加热器功率主要影响再生时间。试验同时表明:微粒捕集器平均再生效率超过80%,且工况适应性好。
A diesel exhaust after-treatment system using infrared regeneration technique is designed. The filter set is doubled laid. The characteristics of infrared regeneration are investigated on a 6110A diesel engine. The result shows that the particulate mass and exhaust volume for regeneration influence the internal peak and average temperature of DPF during regeneration process and the warming-up time and power of the infrared radiator influence the regeneration time. The experiment data also indicates that the average regeneration efficiency is over 80%. The DPF system has simple structure, high reliability and good applicability.
