摘要
以富马酸和松香为原料制备富马海松酸。分别考察了富马酸加入量、反应温度及反应时间对富马松香制备的影响,并使用钾盐法对制备的富马松香进行纯化得到富马海松酸。研究结果表明,最适宜的反应条件是富马酸加入量为松香总质量的30%,反应温度210℃,反应时间3 h,在此条件下制备的富马松香经钾盐法纯化,得到的富马海松酸纯度为95.1%,得率为93.8%,并利用FT-IR、1H NMR及MS对其结构进行了验证。
Fumaropimaric acid was prepared from rosin and fumaric acid as raw materials. Effects of the amount of fumaric acid, temperature and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. Fumaropimaric acid was purified by potassium-salt method. Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:the amount of fumaric acid 30 % of the total mass of rosin, temperature 210 ℃, reaction time 3 h. Fumaropimaric acid was purified to 95.1%, and the yield was 93.8 % by saltingout method under the above conditions. The structure of fumaropimaric acid was characterized by FT-IR, 1HNMR and MS.
