摘要
以户用沼气罐为基础,以牛粪为发酵底物,进行中温发酵,结果表明:连续加温,温度最高可升高到45℃,在加热到35℃后,温度一直维持在30℃左右;户用沼气罐持续产气42 d,累计产沼气8.7 m3,日平均产气率为0.26 m3.d-1,产气高峰时最高日产气率0.5 m3.d-1;一次投料后罐体发酵进入30 d后产气量逐渐降低,说明原料中可分解利用的有机质含量减少,如需维持产气高峰应在发酵30 d前适时补充发酵原料。
The text is based on the household biogas digesters,in cow dung for anaerobic fermentation on middle temperature. It is showed that continue warming up the highest temperature could up to 45℃ ,when temperature up to 35℃ ,the tempera ture keep 30℃ all the time;household biogas digesters produce biogas in ,12 days,the whole measured biogas production was 8. 7 m^3 ,the average measured biogas production was 0. 26 m^3 · d ^-1, the highest biogas production was 0. 5 m^3·d^-1 ; after 30 days the biogas production begin reducing,it's to say,the organic content could be used in the material was reduced,if keep ing the biogas production.you must supply the cow dung before 30 days.
