摘要
溶液的酸碱度通常以氢离子浓度的负对数(即pH)来表示,培养基或环境中的pH对于微生物的生命活动有着密切的联系外,它的影响也是多方面的,因为环境的pH会影响到细胞膜所带的电荷,从而引起细胞对营养物质吸收状况的改变.此外,还可以通过改变培养基中的有机化合物的离子化程度,而对细胞施加间接的影响,改变某些化合物分子,进入细胞的状态,从而促进或抑制微生物的生长.微生物通常可以在一个较宽的pH范围内生长,但都有一个最适pH,在最适pH范围内酶活性最高,如果其他条件适合,微生物的生长率也最高.
The solution potential of hydrogen usually (i. e. pH) indicated by the hydrogen ion concentration negative logarithm that,in the culture medium or environment pH has the close relation regarding microorganism's vital activity,its influence is various,because environment pH can affect the electric charge which brings to the cell membrane, thus causes the cell to the nutrients absorption condition change, in addition, but also may through the change raise centralized organic compound ionization degree, but to the cell infliction indirect influence, changes certain compound member, enters the cell the condition, thus promotes or the suppression microorganism' s growth.
