摘要
以水射流钻深穿透径向孔技术中的井下套管开孔钻头为研究对象,针对N80套管开孔钻削技术进行了系统研究。通过分析N80材料切削特性、实际钻削工况、目前国内常用钻头刃型和刀片材料,设计了一种多刃错齿开孔钻头,并对该开孔钻头做了切削性能试验,得到了适用于石油井下套管钻削开孔的合理切削用量和合理几何参数。最后进行了多刃错齿开孔钻头模拟实际工况(钻头与柔性万向节软轴连接、垂直入钻)的钻削验证试验。试验结果表明,多刃错齿开孔钻头定心可靠,钻削平稳,分屑完全、可靠,排屑顺畅,能够满足石油井下套管开孔的要求。
A systematic study was performed on the pore-opening drilling technology for the N80 casing,taking the tapping bit for water jet deep penetration as research object.By analyzing the cutting characteristics,the practical drilling conditions,the bit's edge type currently available in China and the blade material of the N80 material,a kind of multi-edge staggering tooth tapping bit was designed.A cutting performance test of the bit was conducted.The reasonable cutting parameters and geometric parameters suitable for the tapping of borehole casing were derived.Finally,the drilling verification test was performed,which simulated the real conditions of the multi-edge staggering tooth tapping bit,namely,the connection between the bit and the flexible universal joint's flexshaft and the bit's vertical drilling.The test results show that the multi-edge staggering tooth tapping bit is reliable in centering,stable in drilling,complete and reliable in chip separation and smooth in removal of cuttings,and can meet the requirement of borehole casing tapping.
