摘要
目的提高外科医生对胰腺损伤的诊治水平。方法回顾性总结我院1982～1997年收治的胰腺损伤25例,按 Lueas 分级标准,Ⅰ级10例、Ⅱ级8例、Ⅲ级2例、Ⅳ级5例。结果术前诊断为胰腺损伤的仅9例,占36%。术后死亡7例,病死率为28%。结论对胰腺损伤的早期诊断、早期治疗,可降低其并发症及病死率。
Objective To elevate the ability of surgeons to diagnose and manage the pancreatic trauma.Method We reviewed 25 cases of pacreatic trauma admitted in recent 15 years.There were 10 cases of Grade 1,8 cases of Grade 2,2 cases of Grade 3 and 5 cases of Grade 4 according to Lucas.Results Preoperative correct diag- nosis was made in only 9 cases (36%).Postoperative death occurred in 7 cases with a mortality of 28%.Con- clusion The current diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of pancreatic trauma leave much to be improved.
