摘要
在采用嵌入式微处理器S3C2440X芯片为核心的基础上,扩展外围硬件,裁剪移植WinCE操作系统,利用S3C2440X芯片的多串口特性设计了基于Modbus协议的ARM9核心板与多单片机及西门子PLC主控机串行通信的多机通信系统,介绍了基于RS-485总线技术的多机通讯的原理,提供了多机通信系统的硬件电路图和软件设计方案,将此多机通信系统应用到电梯的控制系统中,提高了电梯控制系统的效率。
On the basis of using embedded microprocessor S3C2440X as the CPU through expanding peripheral hardware, cutting and transplanting WinCE operating system a multi-computer communication system is designed utilizing the multi-serial port characteristics of S3C2440X. The system is based on Modbus protocol and implements the serial communications between ARM9 main board and multi MCUs and Siemens PLC main control computer. This paper expatiates on the principle of multi-computer communications, provides the circuit diagram of the hardware and the design scheme of the software programs, then apples this multi-computer communication system into elevator control system, thereby improving the efficiency of the elevator control system.
